Packing and Freight

At Gadabout Leisure Tech Pty Ltd, we take pride in ensuring a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Our shipping fee within Australia covers both packing and freight. All shipments include tracking to your nominated shipping address. In the event of delivery delays, please note that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and it does not entitle you to cancel the order. Additional fees may apply if the goods cannot be received upon the first delivery attempt at your nominated address.

We reserve the right to review the freight fee for any shipment. Occasionally, the actual freight cost may exceed the initial quote or payment made during the order placement. If this occurs, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss any additional payment required. You’ll have the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund if you choose not to accept the additional fee. Please be aware that the term “Shipping Included” may not apply to what we consider remote destinations.

Inspection of Goods

Upon receiving your shipment, it is your responsibility to check its completeness against the items ordered and listed on the Tax Invoice. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, document it (e.g., take a photograph) and promptly notify the freight courier. Notify us in writing (via the Contact Us form) within one day of receiving the shipment, providing proof of damage. If there are discrepancies in the shipment contents, inform us within 24 hours via the Contact Us form. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the shipment being deemed “delivered in full.” We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage occurring after delivery has taken place.

Payment and Orders

Upon completing your order, you have several payment options available:

Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard): You can securely pay using your credit card. Rest assured, we do not charge any credit card fees.

PayPal: If you prefer PayPal, you can select this option during checkout.

Bank Transfer: Alternatively, you can make payment via bank transfer.

Please note that the purchase of goods occurs at the time of order and payment. Once the shipment of goods is in process, we cannot accept order cancellations.
